You'll be able to view various image galleries in the IMAGE pull-down menu above. The examples of work you will see span more than a decade of experimentation and growth. My underlying desire is to create things that encourage introspection and dialogue. Those ideas are ever-present regardless of the medium that I choose to employ.

Painting: As I continue to develop as a painter I find that I try to dispense with frivolous accuracies and details. Where I was once more concerned with proving that I could draw or paint "accurately" I now desire to create a strong and complete painting rooted in good design and instinctual perceptions.

Sculpture: The sculptures are often based on drawings and paintings. My years working as the patineur at Walla Walla Foundry afforded me opportunities to explore my ideas in full dimension. I continue to create sculptures from a combination of wood, clay, bronze and glass.
